We work with an expat broker network that handles non-resident buyers. Income documentation, TRY income acceptance and minimum deposit vary case by case; a pre-assessment is run before application and suitable lenders are shortlisted. No approval outcome is promised; the process sits entirely with the broker.
How much extra does SDLT cost for an overseas buyer?
Non-UK resident buyers are subject to an overseas SDLT surcharge in addition to the standard bands. A further additional-property band also applies for second homes or buy-to-let. Totals depend on purchase price; we walk through the calculator together during consultation, and the solicitor confirms the final figure.
How does the off-plan purchase process work?
Three main stages: reservation fee, deposit at exchange, and balance on completion. The developer contract is in English; we provide a Turkish summary. Completion date is tied to the developer's build schedule, and you are informed in writing that announced timelines may slip.
How does Big Ben Suite management work?
